Beta access terms

Beta status
IntegrateVO is an early release product under active development. Features may change, become unavailable, contain errors, or produce incomplete results. Beta access is provided for evaluation, testing, and voiceover workflow support.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your recordings, equipment, business decisions, auditions, submissions, and client work. IntegrateVO provides guidance and feedback, not a guarantee of technical results, bookings, income, or professional acceptance.
Permitted use
You may use the beta for your own lawful voiceover work and practice. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, copy or resell the system, use it to violate another person’s rights, or submit material you do not have permission to use.
Your content
You keep ownership of recordings, scripts, prompts, and other material you submit. You give IntegrateVO permission to process that material only as needed to provide the requested service, operate the beta, protect the platform, and improve the product as described in the privacy notice or any separate beta agreement.
Generated material
Scripts and other generated material may require your review and editing. You are responsible for checking accuracy, originality, suitability, timing, and client requirements before using or distributing it.
Access and availability
Beta access is personal and may not be shared. IntegrateVO may limit or suspend access to protect the service, investigate misuse, perform maintenance, or respond to legal requirements. Reasonable notice will be given when practical.
Payments
The price and payment structure shown at checkout control your purchase. The founding beta is currently presented as a one time payment with no recurring subscription. Any refund terms will be disclosed before payment.
Confidential beta material
Some testers may receive unreleased features, private instructions, or other material identified as confidential. Those testers must follow any separate confidentiality and evaluation agreement they accept.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the beta develops. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
