What this notice covers

This notice explains how IntegrateVO handles information submitted through the website and member studio during the founding beta. The service is still being developed, so this notice may be updated as features change.

Information we receive

• Account details supplied when you sign in, including your name, email address, and account identifier.
• Information you enter into tools, forms, messages, surveys, and support requests.
• Voice recordings and related details that you choose to submit for setup or recording feedback when those features are available.
• Basic technical and security information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.
• Purchase and transaction details supplied by the payment provider. IntegrateVO does not need to store your full payment card number.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested features, manage beta access, respond to support, improve the product, prevent misuse, and meet legal or operational requirements. A recording submitted to Setup Coach is processed to provide the requested measurements, transcription, and written coaching. The recording itself is not included in the Setup Card saved on your device.

Service providers

IntegrateVO uses service providers for hosting, authentication, artificial intelligence processing, email, payments, analytics, and security. Voice recordings submitted for analysis are sent to OpenAI for transcription and audio analysis. Service providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Your choices

Do not submit confidential client material or any recording you do not have permission to use. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your beta account by contacting support@integratevo.com. Some information may be retained when needed for security, transaction records, or legal obligations.

Security and retention

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, subject to legal, security, and backup requirements.

Age requirement

IntegrateVO is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should contact us before a minor participates in any beta activity.
